My story
I started training at 17 and never stopped. What began as a teenager figuring out his way around a gym turned into a lifelong habit, and eventually a career helping other people build that same habit.
Over the years I've made most of the mistakes: programs that didn't fit my life, chasing quick results, and burning out. What finally worked wasn't a secret program. It was consistency, good technique, and a plan I could actually stick to.
At 41, I stay in shape all year round, not just for a few weeks before summer. That's what I want for my clients too.
I qualified through the Australian Institute of Personal Training so I could turn two decades of experience into proper, safe coaching for others. Today I train clients in person in Bangkok, and online wherever they are.
